2010 Soul Stroll

Soror Julie Bright helps to organize the yearly Soul Stroll for Health. For 2010 Tony Award®-winning entertainer and actor Ben Vereen was the featured guest. the event is a program of the African American Community Health Advisory Committee which has been a community partner with Mills-Peninsula Health Services since 1995. Soul Stroll registration donations help fund the committee’s many projects in the community including: Breast cancer screenings and education, men’s health symposium, cholesterol and blood pressure screenings, Dining with Diabetes
