Soror Delphine Metcalf-Foster is a California director on the national Board of Directors of the Disabled American Veterans. She is an active participant and frequently travels on behalf of the DAV and as an advocate for disabled veterans. On August 28, 2010, Sorors Delphine Carter, Johnnie Evans, and Collette attended entrepreneur Loran Brewster’s online magazine launch for CHEERS! Magazine. The event honored influential women in the Bay Area, and Soror Adrienne Anderson’s film festival (the International Black Women’s Film Festival) was honored in her October 2010 edition.

Soror Delphine Metcalf-Foster emceed the first Women Veterans Fair presented by Congressional Representatives George Miller, Jerry McNerney and John Garamendi.
