2010 International Black Women’s Film Festival

Soror Adrienne Anderson presented her 8th International Black Women’s Film Festival at the David Brower Center in Berkeley, California, on October 8th and 9th, 2010. The festival opened with a family-oriented event: “The Wiz” Sing-a-Long. Open to all ages, people of all ages attended. Soror Johnnie Evans and Man of Iota Lee Evans served as volunteers for the event! On August 28, 2010, Sorors Delphine Carter, Johnnie Evans, and Collette attended entrepreneur Loran Brewster’s online magazine launch for CHEERS! Magazine. The event honored influential women in the Bay Area, and Soror Adrienne Anderson’s film festival (the International Black Women’s Film Festival) was honored in her October 2010 edition.
