Soror Delphine Metcalf-Foster is a California director on the national Board of Directors of the Disabled American Veterans. She is an active participant and frequently travels on behalf of the DAV and as an advocate for disabled veterans. On August 2, 210, in Atlanta, Georgia, Soror Metcalf-Foster was a speaker and attendee at the Disabled American Veterans Convention.
