November 2011 | Sorority Honoring HSD Educators for Service, Commitment
Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. Alpha Zeta Chapter will honor three educators from the Hazelwood School District with awards at its 30th Annual Apple for the Teacher Luncheon on Nov. 19.
HSD awardees include Robert Lawrence, principal, Hazelwood Central Middle School; Michelle Pendleton, fifth-grade teacher, Townsend Elementary School; and Shimikqua Ellis Jackson, communication arts teacher, Hazelwood East High School. Read More (off-site link)…
March 2011 | First Lady Hosts Iota Phi Lambda Sorority Members at Government House
On Sunday, First Lady Cecile de Jongh was pleased to host the Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Epsilon Zeta Chapter, for an afternoon Tea Party at Government House, St. Thomas. Seventeen debutantes and their little sisters and escorts were present for the special event.
