PresidentMsgGamma Nu Chapter of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. with the support of its friends proudly achieved many of its goals the past year.

Our 2016 – 2017 year features many profound moments and achievements from middle school and high school students representing themselves credibly in Iota’ Phi Lambda’s National American Education Week Essay Contest and sharing their ideas on the chapter’s public programs, honoring our elders during Black History Month, recognizing creative and innovative business and professional women in the San Francisco Bay Area and in the most humble of all moments, four graduating high school students received scholarships of $1,000 each from our chapter to assist in their college studies, one student receiving Iota Phi Lambda’s National Business Scholarship of $2,500 for the Far Western Region and another student receiving the National Dorethea N. Hornbuckle stem scholarship of $1,500.
These achievements in community outreach and service are the results of collective efforts of our sorors, friends and supporters.
